Patent Office Don't Need No Stinkin' Laws of Physics

The U.S. Patent Office issued a patent for an anti-gravity space vehicle. Gravity responded by citing a violation of the laws of physics and threatened to press charges.

This suprise move away from observance of the laws of physics may signal a new, more liberal era at the Patent Office, observers say. If this trend continues, it may not be long before the public can expect pocket protectors that allow one to exist in two places at once and desk-top doohickeys that really do sustain perpetual motion to attain patents. "Its an exciting time to be alive!" an unnamed spokesperson said.
